PuntoMio Mall provides you with everything you need in order to shop from the US just as if you lived there. It’s easy! Browse the mall, select the products you’d like to purchase and checkout.

Payment

Puntomio will place your order in Amazon on your behalf. We will charge your credit card for the total price of the purchase from Amazon, plus applicable international shipping and duties charges as shown in your shopping cart. All items in your Amazon order will be consolidated upon receipt at PuntoMio Mall facility in Miami and sent to you as one shipment. You will not incur any additional charges.

Purchases may be made using one of the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Diners Club.

Credit Card Safety on PuntoMio Mall

PuntoMio works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when you are changing your payment method. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number, over SSL, to the appropriate credit card company during the billing process.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Delivery Time for your purchases

All orders are placed with the merchant immediately following checkout. All orders are place using the merchant’s standard shipping option. In most cases items are received in Miami anywhere from 3 – 7 days of order placement. However, in some cases a longer delivery time will be given by the merchant. These delivery times are outside of our control. You will be notified via your order confirmation email what the expected delivery time is as per the merchant. Upon receipt of your items in our facility in Miami, we will immediately process your packages for delivery.

Final delivery times for your items vary by country. In most countries, you can expect delivery in the capitol cities between 4-business 7 days after receipt in Miami. Outside of the capitol cities, delivery may take from 7-14 business days after receipt in Miami.

Please note that your order will be shipped upon receipt of all items in our Miami office. Incomplete orders will not be shipped unless special arrangements are made via PuntoMio Customer Service, and as such may incur additional shipping charges.

Returns

PuntoMio wants you to love your items but we know that sometimes what you ordered is not exactly what you were hoping for. For that reason, we offer return assistance for all items purchased at the PuntoMio Mall. As PuntoMio is not the direct seller of the items sold on this mall, we must obtain authorization from the merchant in order to do so.

If we are unable to obtain a return authorization from the merchant for your item(s), we cannot proceed with your return and you will not receive any credit for charges.

How do I make a return?

You can return your purchase by contacting our customer service department in Miami in writing via info@puntomiomall.com, within 10 days of receipt of your item. Once we receive your return request, we will email you a Return Information Form to complete. This will allow us to request authorization from the merchant to return the item. Once we have obtained this authorization from the merchant known as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we will notify you and proceed with your return. If the merchant however does not authorize the return, for whatever reason, we will not proceed with the process.

Returning your item(s) to Miami - Once the RMA has been received, the item(s) you wish to return must be sent to Miami. If you would like for us to arrange this for you, simply contact us and we will coordinate the pick-up of your item at your office or other commercial location (home pickups are not currently available). Once your item is in Miami, we will return your item to the merchant via the shipment method indicated by them. . If the merchant does not offer US return shipping or provide a preferred return provider, we will arrange shipping back to the merchant at standard US Postal Service rates.

Will I be refunded everything I paid?


International Shipping Charges
PuntoMio will credit you for all international shipping charges incurred for the item(s) you wish to return under the following conditions only:

  • Your item has been authorized for return by the merchant.
  • Your item(s) are Defective - in this case all original packagin and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.
  • Incorrect Merchandise - if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.

Duties and Taxes
Once import duties have been paid to local customs authorities, we are not able to offer you a credit for duties. You may however make direct arrangements with the customs authorities in your country, and we will provide you with any support documentation available to assist you in this.

What’s Eligible for Return?
Generally speaking, the merchant will allow you to return items that are received in the accepted time frame, in original condition (unwashed and unworn), in their original packing, or defective, with certain exceptions. Can every item I purchase on the mall be returned?
No, certain items are not eligible for return. No items will be accepted for return if we have not been contacted in writing within the 10 day allotted time. As part of our commitment to our customers, we will attempt to obtain the Return Authorization Form for your items; however, the store may reject your return based on the information stated below.

Music
CDs, music cassettes, and vinyl records must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

Movies
DVDs and Videos must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

Video Games
Computer and video games must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

Software
Software titles must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

Camera & Photo
Camera & Photo items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

Electronics
Electronics must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.

Televisions
TVs shipped and sold must be in new condition with the original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.

Baby
Eligible baby items should be in new and unopened condition.

Shoes
Merchandise must be unworn, in the original packaging, and the bar code provided during the returns process must be included in the package. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines listed below.

Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will be returned to you if the shoes exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Defective Merchandise: Returns for Manufacturer defects will be accepted. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Clothing & Accessories
Any unwashed, unworn clothing item may be returned.

Underwear and Swimwear
We will gladly accept returns of unworn underwear and swimwear that it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Watches
If you need to return a watch order keep the following guidelines in mind: Watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. All product packaging materials--including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment--must be returned with your merchandise.

Jewelry & Accessories
If you need to return a jewelry order keep the following guidelines in mind: Fine Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. All certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with your merchandise.

Health & Personal Care
Most health and personal care items are easily returned . These items must be unopened and in new condition. We cannot accept returns of products that have special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation; the detail page for these products will indicate if these restrictions apply.
Make-up may be returned after it has been opened if the color of the product does not meet your expectations.

Most tools and hardware must be in new condition. For safety reasons, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Cell Phone Returns
You may return a cell phone. When we receive your return, we'll issue the appropriate refund and send you an e-mail confirming the refund amount. For U.S. customers, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if you use our postage-paid return label, unless the return is a result of our error. It typically takes up to two weeks to process cell phone returns after they arrive at our returns center. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact us so that we can further research the issue. Note: Returning a cell phone does not automatically cancel the service contract with your carrier. If you are returning a phone for a refund, you will need to contact the carrier directly to cancel your service plan. Your cellular carrier will still charge you a prorated fee for the time you had the phone and service, including any additional roaming or long-distance fees and for any extra minutes you used. Also, activation fees are generally nonrefundable. For specific answers regarding service-plan cancellations, please contact your carrier directly.
